General Guidelines

1. You must have something up and running (incomplete websites are fine, but I must see an effort from you trying to complete it).
2. Your site must be in English (or at least a large part of it).
3. You must have knowledge of HTML and preferably FTP.
4. Your site must be active. Please inform me of hiatus/vacations. If I attempt to contact you via email and you do not respond within 7 days, your site will be suspended. After 30 days your site will may be deleted.
5. When applying, you will need to submit a portfolio of your work.
6. You are responsible for your own backups. My host do backup my directories, but I give no guarantee that any part or all of your website will be restored if something happens. If you have a database with me, I will try to back it up monthly and send you the mysql file. Once sent, you are then responsible for that month’s database back up.
7. I reserve the right to modify the TOS. You will be notified of any changes via email. It is then your responsibility to make sure your site is not in violation of my TOS.
8. You are allowed to host multiple sites under your hosting plan (as long as you take part in creating and updating them). However, please run each of them by me first so I can approve the content.
9. A link back to katiiness.net somewhere on your site as a host.

I will not host

1. Hate sites/spam sites/pornographic sites/hentai sites/sites with offending content
2. Illegal and/or stolen content
3. Media files and executable files including but not limited to .avi,.mp3,.m4a,.exe (for example: if you want to stream homemade videos or vlogs, upload them on youtube and post them on your site)
4. Sites that promote illegal activities
5. Commercial/Profit websites
6. Sites that are affiliated with other sites that fall under this “I will not host” category.

You are not allowed to…

1. Host someone else’s site OTHER than those you are directly involved in managing (building/creating/updating).
2. Use your hosting space for storing files that are not in use for the actual website.
